These terms apply to every purchase from Homeliving at homelivingstore.store. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Using our store and placing orders
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order before it ships if an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an error, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
2. Shipping, delivery and returns
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 7-14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays, holidays and weather can lengthen them.
- Items are sent from our supplier network, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.
- Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
- Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us at support@homelivingstore.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
3. Product information and ownership
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look different on your screen, and sizes are approximate.
- Descriptions are not a promise that a product suits a particular purpose. Please read the size, material and care details before you buy.
- The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Homeliving or its licensors. You may use them to browse and shop, but you may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
4. Liability, law and contact
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site when you place your order applies to that order.
